Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days, however, this occasionally may be longer during busier periods, including paydays, Christmas and other seasonal ranges. Please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us regarding your order.
Shipping Fees
Free standard tracked shipping on UK and Channel Island orders that total £39 or more by using the code FREEDELIVERY at checkout. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
For orders below £39:
- Up to 1kg £4.49
- 1kg to 2kg £4.99
- 2kg -20kg £5.99
International Shipping
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and after being processed can take an average of 1-2 weeks to be delivered, although is occasionally known to be as quick as 5-7 working days.

Please be aware when ordering to these countries that we don't cover any potential import duties, taxes or brokerages fees. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer, as Darling Bun Shop only charge for the transportation fee. Please check with your countries customs office for any additional fee's if you're concerned. Additionally, if any customers reject the parcel due to the custom charges and the parcel is returned to us we will NOT refund.
