Hello! My name is Emma and I’m the owner of Darling Bun Shop. I’m 25 years old and run this small business with the help of my family in Suffolk, UK.

 

I own a trio of bunnies plus many other animals, including dogs, cats, a hedgehog, the list goes on... (can you tell I’m animal-obsessed yet?) 

 

Animals have always had a special place in my heart, especially bunnies, which is why this shop is an absolute dream come true for me. Prior to opening Darling Bun Shop, I owned many bunnies over the years, which means I have extensive knowledge of all things bunny and you can rest assured that I know what your pet will love.

 

To know there’s so many bunnies and other small animals around the world enjoying the products I create is mind-blowing and it’s thanks to all my customers, new and old, who make my dream come true every day. 

 

 When I was 12 years old I fell ill with glandular fever and I unfortunately never recovered, meaning I was then diagnosed with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis. This meant that from a young age I had to drop out of school. Mentally, this took a toll on me and I felt like my life wasn’t going anywhere. I just wanted to succeed, do something I could be proud of, and enjoy every single day without having too much strain on my physical health.

 

 Back in 2020, I had started making treats for my own bunnies and noticed how crazy they went for them, which is when I realised I wanted to share the joy with bunnies everywhere. And so I founded Darling Bun Shop - a place for owners to have peace of mind knowing they were feeding their pets only the finest and most organic ingredients. 

 

 I knew I had nothing to lose when I started Darling Bun Shop, so I went in with my heart full of passion and with bunnies at the centre of everything I do. I can now wholeheartedly say it’s the best thing I ever did and that passion I started with hasn’t faded at all. If anything, it only gets stronger every time I see a happy bunny nibbling on one of my treats or dipping its nose into my forage.

 

 Not only do I get to make my own animals happy, but I’ve been able to share that gift with so many others while creating a business which is manageable for my personal circumstances after all these years of searching. I wouldn’t be where I am today without my love (or obsession!) for bunnies and knowing how much they love the products I create.

 

 Besides all of that, like most people, I know how unsafe and unreliable the pet market is, which is another reason I’m so motivated to provide safe products for your pets without needing to worry about any risks of harming them. 

 

 All of my products will always be 100% safe and natural and made with SO much love. When you support my dream, you’ll also be supporting the health of your small animals.
