Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

If you have any issues with your order whereby you believe you may be eligible for a refund, please get in contact with us either by emailing help@darlingbunshop.co.uk or by using our live chat service.

You have the right to return your unused products within 14 days of purchase if they aren't seasonal items or made to order e.g Christmas range, Subscription Boxes, Birthday cakes, Oat Treats etc. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. We do not cover the cost of returning items. This will be done at your own expense and please be aware proof of postage is also required in order for us to process any items you return. 

Please note: if any international customer rejects their parcel due to the custom charges and the parcel is returned to us we will NOT refund.

If you would like to cancel your order, please ensure you email us at help@darlingbunshop.co.uk as soon as possible, but bear in mind you may not be eligible if your items have already been dispatched. 

If you have purchased products which are made to order, you may not be eligible for cancellation if the products in your order has already been made or dispatched.

Any items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for any refunds. We require photographic evidence of the box it arrived in and the damaged product(s). If no images are provided to us of the damages, no refund will be issued.

Gift Vouchers are not eligible for refunds.
