We're based in Suffolk, United Kingdom.

Most orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days, however, some of our products are made to order, which may increase our processing times dependant on how busy we are, especially during seasonal periods, such as Christmas. You should allow up to 10 working days for your order to be dispatched. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2-3 working days if you are located in the UK, or sooner if you have opted for our upgraded Tracked 24 hour delivery. International orders can take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive after dispatch.

Please note: If you have ordered from our Birthday range, we will dispatch it a week (or less) before the birth date provided, due to our cakes expiring within 2 weeks after dispatch.

Our standard delivery for the UK, Channel Islands & Isle of Man is Tracked 48, which costs £3.99, however, we also offer upgraded Tracked 24 hour delivery for £5.49.

Shipping to Europe, USA and Canada are all sent via Royal Mail International Tracked however the cost will vary dependant on the location and weight of your parcel, starting at £14.99.

Yes, we are currently trialling shipping to Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Europe, USA and Canada.

Please note when ordering to these countries that we don't cover any potential import duties, taxes or brokerages fees. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer, as Darling Bun Shop only charge for the transportation fee. Please check with your countries customs office for any additional fee's if you're concerned. Additionally, if any customers reject the parcel due to the custom charges and the parcel is returned to us we will NOT refund.

Although our shop is marketed towards bunnies, a lot of other small animals, such as guinea pigs and hamsters are able to enjoy most of our products too! If in doubt as to whether our products are suitable for your pet, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to assist.

All of our packaging includes labels with feeding instructions, however, we recommend treats be fed sparingly - no more than once a day, especially those containing fruit as they are naturally higher in sugar. In terms of forage, this can be fed daily as part of a natural diet.

This can vary depending on what the product is. Generally speaking, forage can last 1+ years while treats will only stay fresh for 2-3 months due to their ingredients. If stored incorrectly, this time can be much shorter.

We recommend storing our products in airtight jars or Tupperware, ensuring they are kept in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
