How long will it take to dispatch my order?

Most orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days, however, some of our products are made to order, which may increase our processing times dependant on how busy we are, especially during certain periods, such as Paydays, Christmas, Easter, etc. You should allow up to 10 working days for your order to be dispatched before contacting us. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2-3 working days if you are located in the UK. International orders can take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive after dispatch.Please note: If you have ordered from our Birthday range, we will dispatch it a week (or less) before the birth date provided, due to our cakes expiring within 2 weeks after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently offer shipping to the Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Europe, USA, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Israel and UAE.If you live in a country we don’t currently ship to, please contact us via info@darlingbunshop.co.uk and we will see what we can do. We are expanding our shipping range gradually so we are open to trial shipping to other countries, depending.Please note when ordering to these countries that we don't cover any potential import duties, taxes or brokerages fees. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer, as Darling Bun Shop only charge for the transportation fee. Please check with your countries customs office for any additional fee's if you're concerned. Additionally, if any customers reject the parcel due to the custom charges and the parcel is returned to us we will NOT refund.

My order has gone missing, what do I do?

If you have checked your tracking and you find that there has been no updates in 3 business days or your parcel has been delivered but not to yourself please contact us via our live chat or email us at help@darlingbunshop.co.uk so we can assist you.

How much does delivery cost?

All orders are sent tracked and are calculated at checkout by the total weight of the products in your basket.Shipping prices for the UK and Channel Islands start from £4.49.We offer free shipping for UK orders of a value of £39+ just use the code FREESHIPPING at checkout.International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked however the cost will vary dependant on the location and weight of your parcel, starting at £14.99.Please see our shipping policy for more details.

I haven't received an order confirmation

An automatic email confirmation should be sent to your email once you have completed the checkout. If this hasn't been received the email may have landed in your junk folder or may have been inputted incorrectly.In the first instance, please check your junk folder for the email confirmation. If it still cannot be located, please email us on help@darlingbunshop.co.uk at your earliest convenience so we can confirm to you that we have received your order and manually resend the order confirmation.

We offer free shipping on all UK orders above £39, just use the code FREESHIPPINGUnfortunately due to the higher shipping costs we cannot offer free shipping on international orders.

Do you offer custom orders?

If you have a custom order request then please email us at info@darlingbunshop.co.uk and we will look into your request on whether it is a possibility at the time. Custom orders will depend on various factors ranging from what the request is and how busy we are with orders at the time. We will always ensure to do our best to accommodate where we can, however, please understand this is not a common practice as we are a small business.

Are your products only safe for bunnies?

Although our shop is marketed towards bunnies, a lot of other small animals, such as guinea pigs and hamsters are able to enjoy most of our products too! If in doubt as to whether our products are suitable for your pet, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to assist.

How often can I feed treats & forage?

Accepted Answer

All of our packaging includes labels with feeding instructions, however, we recommend treats be fed sparingly - no more than once a day, especially those containing fruit as they are naturally higher in sugar. In terms of forage, this can be fed daily as part of a natural diet.

Question 13

How long do Darling Bun Shop products stay fresh?

This can vary depending on what the product is. Generally speaking, forage can last 1+ years while treats will only stay fresh for 2-3 months due to their ingredients. If stored incorrectly, this time can be much shorter.We recommend storing our products in airtight jars or Tupperware, ensuring they are kept in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.

Do you give out free products?

Unfortunately due to being a small business, we do not offer free products. We will donate to rescues throughout the year and occasionally offer collaborations, however this is at our own accord and we will always reach out to you if this is the case.

When will unavailable products be back in stock?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide specific restock dates for out-of-stock products. However, you can sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page by entering your email. This way, you’ll be the first to know as soon as it’s available again.

How can I make an amendment to my monthly subscription box?

You can make any amendments you may need to make to your monthly subscription box directly in your account page.Just log in to your Darling Bun Shop account and click on the profile tab where you will find the "Manage My Subscription" button. Click this and it will direct you to your subscription where you can select this, choosing from various options like being able to skip, pause, cancel, update payment methods and your shipping address.Alternatively you can scroll to the footer of the website and select "Manage My Subscription" where this will also direct you to your subscription page for you to edit any details and skip, pause or cancel your subscription.If you are having any issues with doing this on your account page, please email us at help@darlingbunshop.co.uk and we can sort this for you.

How much notice do I have to give when ordering a Birthday cake?

We require at least 2 weeks notice on orders that include cakes and we aim to have your order delivered on the date provided. If you want the cake at an earlier date, please contact us.Please keep this in mind if you are ordering more than the 2 weeks in advance as all products in the order will be dispatched together.

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

Accepted Answer

You have the right to return your unused products within 14 days of purchase if they aren't seasonal items or made to order e.g Christmas range, Subscription Boxes, Birthday cakes, etc. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. We do not cover the cost of returning items. This will be done at your own expense and please be aware proof of postage is also required in order for us to process any items you return.

My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?

Any items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for any refunds. We require photographic evidence of the box it arrived in and the damaged product(s). If no images are provided to us of the damages, no refund will be issued.
